I've been reading some things here and there that Supermodel at its heart does not have a graphical user interface. To use it, you pretty much have to use the command-line interface, and that is what turns most people off. I really want to play Scud Race and Daytona USA 2, but have no idea what version of Supermodel I should get. There's a newer 3D renderer out there, and with that, plus all the SVN versions / updates, I feel a bit overwhelmed.
Could someone post some currently useful, step-by-step instructions or guide on how to get Supermodel running?
This would be most appreciated ERA!

It's not that complicated, but I imagine that for somebody that it's just beginning to learn Linux and Retropie is not easy. Supermodel SVN r787. Supermodel SVN r787 is compiled.
